Eager to continue her pursuit of understanding complex human behaviors and societal systems, she attended Suffolk University Law School in Boston, where she acquired her Juris Doctor degree. This education set the stage for her future conflict resolution mediator and educator role.

Creation of Conflict Resolution Training Inc.

In 2010, recognizing a need for specialized skills in professional environments, Susan founded Conflict Resolution Training Inc. (CRT) in Boston. As Chief Executive and Head Instructor, she has guided CRT to national recognition, providing training that enhances communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution skills across diverse professional settings.
